Tillydrone Community Campus

Aberdeen City Council awarded CHAP Group the contract to construct the multi-million pound new community facility in Tillydrone which commenced in March 2018. The Community Campus is now home to a variety of vital services and leisure opportunities. test test update

Tillydrone Community Campus, located on Hayton Road, includes a range of services to support local people such as: Multipurpose activity space, Community café, Training kitchen, Early learning and childcare space, Emergency laundry provision, Emergency food aid store, Library and Essential council services.

CHAP was Principal Contractor for these works which included:

Concrete foundations
Steel framed construction
Metal composite roof construction
Timber frame/ block-work
External walls finished with render and timber weatherboarding
Composite window and door units
Entrance lobby and curtain walling
Partition walls
Ceilings
Fittings and fixtures
Sanitary-ware
Mechanical and electrical services
External works
Drainage

This project was completed and officially opened by the Lord Provost Barney Crockett on Friday 23rd August 2019.
