CHAP delivered a new multi-purpose office, training and welfare facility for SWFPA in Fraserburgh. Acting as Principal Contractor, we managed the construction of the new building, including a full internal fit-out, mechanical and electrical services, and dedicated storage areas.

Through close collaboration with the client, design team and supply chain, CHAP successfully coordinated design requirements, managed programme risks and maintained progress throughout.
