Breaking Ground at St Andrews as New Care Home Project Gets Underway

On the 26th of March, our Contracts Manager Gavin Jolly and Senior Site Manager Gordon Nelson met with various stakeholders gathered at our site in St Andrews West to break ground on the new care home project awarded to CHAP on behalf of Scotsman Group. Work on this project marks a significant milestone in CHAP’s expansion in and around the Tayside region.

The upcoming care home will serve as a testament to CHAP’s commitment to delivering high-quality projects tailored to the needs of its clients. The end user of this state-of-the-art facility will be the William Gibson Trust, highlighting our dedication to working on behalf of organisations focused on enhancing community well-being.

“We are thrilled to embark on this journey with The Scotsman Group and the William Gibson Trust. This project represents not only an exciting opportunity for CHAP but also a meaningful contribution to the healthcare infrastructure in the region.” stated Paul Matthew, Area Construction Director for CHAP Group.

The care home, once completed, will provide essential services and support to the local community, addressing the growing demand for quality care facilities. CHAP Groups involvement underscores its role as a trusted partner in shaping the built environment and fostering sustainable growth across the Tayside Region.
