CHAP Construction is widely recognised as a market leader and major contributor to the Construction Sector in the North East of Scotland.
Our regional focus and continuous investment in people and equipment enables us to provide a professional local service across the whole construction sector.
Access to a Group workforce in excess of 300 and detailed experience of a vast range of projects enables CHAP Construction to bring together and successfully lead complex multi-disciplinary project teams, to coordinate design elements, subcontractors and the full diversity of resources and logistics required in modern construction.
To ensure the appropriate level of service to each and every project, our operations are split into two divisions. These divisions operate to the same Nationally Accredited Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety standards.
Contracts:
Contracts Division is the main contracting arm of CHAP Construction, undertaking multi-disciplinary building works across all market sectors; Private, Public, Commercial, Industrial, Health, Education, Residential, Refurbishment, Design and Build and Maintenance Works. Projects vary widely in form and complexity and are undertaken on a variety of structures from traditional tendering to Framework Partnering. Project Values range from approximately £500k up to £10m.
Minor Works:
Minor Works Division provides Clients with the same level of quality and professional service they would expect from the Contracts Division but for lower value projects. Operating in the same sectors as the Contracts Division, Minor Works undertake projects up to a value of approx. £500k.
