The friendliness, which is a feature of working for CHAP, is often commented on, indeed many compare working for CHAP to being part of a large family.

It is a matter of great pride to the Directors of the CHAP group that to date, 80 members of staff have been presented with an award for over 21 years service. The names are proudly displayed on large wooden notice boards in the Group’s main reception. This figure becomes all the more amazing when you consider that the Group has only been in existence for 33 years!

CHAP’s ongoing commitment to it’s staff covers a number of areas and the Group invest heavily in training and development for all aspects of it’s operations.
